Real Estate Maintenance Tech. - We are a PROPERTY MANAGMENT COMPANY...seeking a Maintenance Tech to assist with repairs, improvements and general maintenance. Skills needed are carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, light electrical, light plumbing, roof patching, concrete patching...etc.... Must have own truck with valid tags and must have valid driver's license. In addition, your own tools will be required. General Hours are 8:00 to 5:00 pm Monday thru Saturday. Projects include; small retail centers, apartment complexes, apartments, condominiums, duplexes and single family homes.
