Description
HEMPSTEAD, NY — A teenager was murdered on the street Monday night, and Nassau police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
According to police, Hempstead Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in front of a home on Dartmouth Street at 9:30 p.m. When they arrived, they found a 17-year-old boy who had been shot multiple times.
The teen was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his wounds. His name is being withheld at this time.
