Production & Fulfillment Work for an ATX Food Startup

Fairseed removes the friction and complexity from eating nutrient rich and functional ingredients. Our first product format is a shelf stable smoothie kit filled with nuts, seeds, superfoods, protein powders, etc. We are a pre-launch startup based just south of downtown. We are hiring a part-time operations assistant to help with production and fulfillment. The role starts at 5-15 hrs a week and could progress to full time in a few months if it is a good fit. Pay is $20-25/hr depending on experience and fit. Hours are pretty flexible. The production is done indoors in a small private facility with AC. It uses a simple automated filling line. It involves blending powders together and then adding those powders and whole foods to a pouch using a simple automated line. Fulfillment involves packing pouches into boxes and then dropping them off at the post office. Straight forward and satisfying work.
