Pay and Incentives: Competitive Driver Pay - Drivers starting at $17/hr plus tips with no experience. With experience up to $23 plus tips. Competitive Helper Pay - Helpers starting at $15/hr plus tips with no experience. With experience up to $17 plus tips. Tips - Tips can and often do increase your pay to $30+ per hour! Profit Sharing - After 1 year of continuous employment: Profit-Sharing bonus every 6 months. 401k with contribution matching up to 3% Minimum Driver Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid DL for at least 2 years No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years.
