Seeking an experienced maintenance man to make repairs on manufactured homes. The homes are located in Hope Mills and Parkton. The ideal applicant should have experience performing repair work on manufactured/mobile homes. The following are the key skills required: Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Light Electrical work, and General repairs. A valid drivers license and transportation are required. The applicant must have his own tools. The starting rate of pay is $15.00/Hour. Upon completion of 200 hours of work, a bonus of $500 will be paid.
