We are willing to train the right candidates for these positions. These positions entail all aspects of the powder coating process.
· Prepare parts for coating includes masking, unmasking, plugging parts and tagging parts
· Hanging parts and prepping them for the paint process
· Complete regular maintenance of equipment, sorting and collecting hooks, keeping the work area clean
· Organizing pallets for the jobs to flow to the Assembly department
· Assisting in quality assurance so all parts meet Quality standards.
· Actively participate in improving processes and systems.
· Promote a safe and clean work environment by continuous cleaning throughout the day.
· Work productively as a team member with other employees fostering a strong team mentality
· Consistently meet company set productivity goals
· Perform other tasks as required
· Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
