Greetings. I need help with the following: - hanging two interior doors - replacing a step in my back door porch, possibly a staircase banister as well - re-painting the back porch - steps and entry way - re-painting the front porch - stair railings, steps and entryway - fixing a cabinet door - (possibly) fix a kitchen cabinet that has dropped a little - (possibly) fix a leaning section of my fence - there might end up being more than this You'll need to be handy with basic carpentry and painting. The work on the fence and kitchen cabinet will depend on the solutions you propose - I may use someone else. I'm looking to pay $25 hourly plus materials. If you prefer, I'll pay you upon completion of each job/milestone. I'd like to have all this finished no later than May 13, preferably sooner.
