Description
Porter duties include, but are not limited to;
Emptying trash cans.
Wiping down trash can lids and window mullions.
Returning shopping carts to appropriate Tenant space.
Cleaning up liquid spills as needed.
Picking up trash from the parking lot and landscaping beds /grass islands.
Ensuring dumpster enclosures are clear of debris.
Reporting items such as; graffiti, property damage, illegally dumped debris/furniture etc.
Cleaning vacant spaces (sweeping, flushing p-traps, and washing interior and exterior windows).
Must have your own transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license to be considered for this position.
