Medium sized strip mall (27,000 Sq. Ft) in need of someone to clean entire parking lot and walk ways once a week. Duties include: Walking around the entire lot and picking up all garbage in parking lot, sidewalk in front of stores, and the sides/back of building. Emptying and replacing garbage bags in the 2 garbage bins located in the walkway next to store fronts. Communicate (text) any relevant information to property manager that you see while cleaning (new potholes, etc..) REQUIREMENTS: Must be local and live within a few miles of the property located on corner of Route 71 & Plainfield Road. You can go anytime of day, and it is often easiest to go early in the morning before any cars are in the parking lot. You can choose to clean any day of week, as long as it is 7 days apart each time.
