Water Damage and Restoration Technician/Handyman/Contractor

We are looking for a detail-oriented contractor to help us with our work orders. The responsibilities of the water damage restoration technician/handyman include assessing damaged properties and reporting estimates, drawing the damages, cleaning damaged properties, setting up drying equipment, removing and replacing damaged materials, and sanitizing the restored homes. In addition, contractor must know how to repair handrails, fences, gutters, change locks, board windows, and other handyman work. The most important part of this work involves taking hundreds of photographs each day. To be successful as a water restoration technician/handyman, you should be physically fit, have a keen understanding of safety gear, and be able to read simple work order instructions. You should have good communication skills and social awareness.
