Full Time- Mon-Fri Work Hours 6:30AM to 3.30PM (Multiple Locations) Must have CA Drivers License and a dependable vehicle. Duties are but not limited to: Property Cleaning Trash Pickup Traveling to different locations on different days (full days at each property) Detail cleaning & Disinfecting Specialty Cleaning Window Cleaning Must have Porter/Custodial experience. Your Qualifications Must be well groomed. Will be interacting with building tenants & management, and employees. Must be able speak and comprehend basic English Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance Ability to be a team player, work well with others Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment Ability to work 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and additional hours as necessary Ability to lift 35+ lbs Starting Pay $18.00 per hour Plus Benefits Our company is seeking dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented individuals that have experience in commercial cleaning and facility maintenance, this position is available ASAP PLEASE EMAIL RESUMES!
