SpenceRomeo Renovation LLC is a locally owned business that is committed to urban revitalization. We specialize in rehabilitating dilapidated structures for the purpose of providing new and safe housing opportunities. We are currently hiring for a general laborer to work with our company as we are growing rapidly. Qualifications: · Reliable transportation · Must be able to work well with others · Must be professional · Must be organized · Must be able to effectively communicate orally · Familiarity with email (Preferred) · At least 1-2 years of experience in renovation of construction · Ability to adequately develop a scope of work · Ability to oversee a project from start to finish · Own tools (preferred) · High school diploma · Must be at least 18 years old Description: The expectations for this role include but are not limited to the following: · Must be able to lift at least 25- 50lbs · Must be able to hang drywall · Must be able to conduct installation work (Flooring, cabinets, windows) · Must be able to engage in demolition · Must be able to paint · Must be able to create an organized work environment If you are interested, please send your resume to [email protected]
