Hello we have a two story house and would like to give the second story a coat of paint. Keeping it white. It has chalked a bit over the years so will need a wash, I do have a 3200psi washer if you need. One side (pictured) also has some old vines that will need a few hours of scraping. Otherwise the siding is in good shape. I got a new siding bid and they calculated right about 1400sf total. Weather looks pretty good this week so figured I'd see who's available. Usually I use Valspar Duramax but if you have the hookup at SW or PPG I'm open to another product. Prefer someone who can get me an insurance certificate or sign a waiver. If interested please let me know your ballpark for this job and/or general rate, I'm also curious whether you would spray or roll. Thanks and I look forward to working with you!
