Aiding Commercial and Residential Customers throughout Central Indiana to get the service they deserve from a Company that truly cares about the work they do seeking to build long-lasting relationships with their Customers. We are hiring full-time employees AND/OR part-time employees that can work 2-3 days a week. Desire to Work Outside? We will train or if already experienced in the mowing/landscaping field we will pay for that experience. Job description: Mowing, Weed eating, Patio Pavers, Mulching, Bush trimming, etc. Pay: $12-$19 depending on experience Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30AM to about 6:00PM. Weather and employee dependent Benefits: After three months gets 2 paid sick days and paid holidays (6 days a year). After 6 months eligible for Aflac Insurance. After a year eligible for weeks vacation with accruing a day each year following. Also can have the 401k with 3% match. Some people that have been here many years and are in management have cell phones paid for and a vehicle. We also offer Covid sick pay and bereavement pay (both determined by us, if eligible). Depends on experience. We typically do pay raises at least once a year and bonuses at least once a year. Clothing: Jeans, no holes or rips. Boots preferred. Any hats are okay as long as nothing inappropriate is on them. We will provide t shirts and jackets after a few weeks. Until then wear your own. No holes or rips and nothing inappropriate.
