What You Bring to The Table These are the personal attributes that will lead to your success: • Positive Attitude – You are focused, gracious with a can-do attitude • Hardworking – You are a dedicated, driven professional in landscaping and general contract work • Competent – You know what needs to be done and can work swiftly and efficiently to do it with little to no supervision • Dependable – You are reliable, professional, team-oriented, and conscientious What You Can Expect Day-to-Day While working, the core job duties include: • Demo • Laying Sod / Trimming / Planting • Removing old grass, weeds, and other landscape material • Execute interior/exterior trash outs • Lift heavy objects What it Takes We are looking for a dependable, conscientious General Laborer with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working with his hands and wants to be a part of a dedicated team. Minimum Required: • 3+ years of professional/relevant experience (no exceptions) • Personal transportation • Ability to pass drug testing/drug-free • Attention to detail and high regard for quality • Ability to follow safety practices, policies, and procedures • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as a part of a team • Physically able to do the assigned jobs (must be able to lift 60lbs+) OUR COMPANY – Our Promise to You We care about your success!
