Ultimate Thermal, Inc. specializes in food processing, cold storage distribution centers, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking candidates to add to our growing team who want to learn this specialized trade. Cold Storage Construction Labor Responsibilities: ● Install insulated metal panels for the walls, roofs, and ceilings of these types of facilities. ● Install rigid insulation, doors, sheet metal, caulking, and vapor barriers ● Cold Storage Construction Labor will operate forklifts, telehandlers, aerial boom equipment, and scissor lifts. ● Some of the specialty skills are sheet metal fabrication, caulking, and vapor barrier application. Cold Storage Construction Labor Requirements: ● Ability and desire to travel, could be up to 2 weeks at a time, to cater to our nationwide customers and clientele ● Remain safe, we furnish all applicable safety equipment needed (I.E. PPE, harnesses, reflective safety wear, etc.) ● Cold Storage Construction Worker must wear boots, full length pants, shirts with sleeves. ● Good attendance and punctuality is a must! ● Work extended or over time hours Cold Storage Construction Labor Benefits: ● We pay hourly wages for travel time, furnish a per diem, and pay for the hotel accommodations ● We furnish all necessary tools needed to complete the jobs ● Starting new employees at $18/Hr with weekly pay structure! ● All Cold Storage Construction Laborers receive benefit package including 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, supplemental insurance, other optional insurance, and vacation pay. ● Lot of opportunity to move up within the company ● We offer a performance based raise system for all Cold Storage Construction Laborers If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn, travel, and be a part of a great company- let’s talk!
