Can a licensed electrician answer this for me

I'm having my kitchen renovated and the contractor will update my panel (circuit breaker). New outlets will be installed for all the appliances, and I need to rewire from the circuit breaker to the kitchen which means breaking through the ceiling and walls to reach the new appliance outlets as the appliances are in a room on the other side of the hallway where I have the circuit breaker. What I don't know is, once I have all the rewiring done from the breaker to the kitchen, does every outlet in my apartment need to have new outlets installed and be rewired through the walls from the circuit breaker to reach every outlet in order to pass inspection? I want to be prepared should I decide a few years down the road to sell my apartment and I don't want to have to start that process all over again. Thanks for reading.
