Join us for a spiritual experience rooted in The Way of Jesus! Come Celebrate the culmination of 14 years of Pastoral Ministry of Rev. Dr. Heber M. Brown, III to the Pleasant Hope Baptist Church, and the launching of his Apostolic phase of ministry as full time Executive Director of The Black Church Food Security Network on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Morning Worship and Last Sermon as Pastor at PHBC @ 10:00 Am, Soil To Sanctuary Event @ 12:00 Noon (both at PHBC 234 E Belvedere). Note: The first 150 people who arrive to church will be allowed in the sanctuary. The remaining will be invited to worship from the overflow room. Working Together To Keep Everyone Safe: • An Air & Surface Purifier will be running for the duration of the service both in the sanctuary and in the multipurpose room • Temperatures will be taken at the front door upon your arrival • Everyone will be asked to remain masked for the duration of the service • Chairs will be separated to a reasonable degree • Hand sanitation stations are located strategically throughout the sanctuary and building for general use • In addition to regular cleaning throughout the building, high touch surfaces will receive enhanced cleaning following building use on Sundays. These surfaces include such things as tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter tops, toilets, faucets, handles, desks, phones, and keyboards.
