Sunset Yoga at Bud N' Mary's in Islamorada Come to Bud N' Mary's to enjoy sunset yoga every Sunday (STARTING MAY 8TH) with certified instructors Cortney or Alene! The event will take place at the barn or the top deck depending on weather and class size. Either way, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ocean with a 60 minute yoga flow... stretch & relax and finish up your session with a tasty and healthy yogurt parfait. About your instructors: ALENE NELSON. Alene has found peace and strength in her yoga practice for eight years. Yoga has opened and grounded her body and mind; her practice has entirely transformed her life. Since obtaining her 200HR YTT training at Shivalaya Yoga Ashram in Nepal. She has shared yin, hatha, and vinyasa classes with students worldwide. Alene believes that there is a yoga practice for every mind and everybody and enjoys sharing the diverse benefits of each asana with her students. Her classes guide students to find empowerment through alignment and mindfulness. CORTNEY BENSON. Cortney completed her 200HR YTT in Colombia, South America. Her practice is focused on the restorative physical benefits of yoga as well as the emotional and mental well-being obtained from continued dedication to the practice. Cortney is a scuba instructor as well and genuinely loves sharing both of these passions with her students.
