Learn about Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation for a more peaceful and less stressful life. Learn how to start your own mindfulness meditation practice. This class is semi guided. We will talk about what Mindfulness is and how it will change your life for the better. I will teach you how to meditate. I will also teach you breathing techniques for calming and relaxing body and mind. Then I will guide you through a semi Guided Mindfulness Meditation session.
Other things to note
Please arrange for your own transportation and dress comfortably. Bring bottled water as well.
