Qualifications (Requirements are non-negotiable) Eligible to work in the U.S. (Required) English (Required) US Drivers license (Required) High School Diploma or GED (Required) No remote work Ownership Mentality Work attire: casual, mask, gloves (provided) and closed toe shoes Must be ok going up on ladders and carrying heavy materials (no more than 30lbs) Punctual and Reliable Takes Initiative (sees a need and finds a solution without being asked) Hardworking (will jump in and take on any task) Detail-oriented (ensuring the big picture is achieved) A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience Available to applicants who do not have a college degrees All new hires go through a 60-day trial period Majority of the day is spent standing Understanding of G-Mail and Google Drive and Google Sheets Job Role Glue moss to boards (some designs will be outlined and others will require your own creativity) Cutting foam board to size based on shop drawings Touching up pieces and cutting the moss to make sure it does not show seams Mounting Lettering to backer boards ensuring proper leveling Inventory – counting and updating our inventory management spreadsheet Cleaning the production space daily – putting material away, disinfecting, sweeping/vacuuming, covering all projects Vendor Pick-ups (occasionally) Possibility of helping with local installations Opportunity to travel domestically for installations (not required) Compensation & Benefits Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour 8 hour shift (9:00am - 6:00pm) Monday to Friday (Occasional Overtime) Paid Vacation/PTO after the first year (Full-time employees only) 3 paid sick days annually after first year
