****Hillsborough County Regional Preservation company in need of crews to perform initial secures, property condition bids, maintenance and grass cuts on foreclosed properties. This also includes sales cleans, trash-outs, roof patching and inspections, damage reporting, tree trimming, mold treatment and lawn maintenance. MUST be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting. Payment Terms: Net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Payments are direct deposit. Email for more details.
