NORWOOD, MA — Commuters in Norwood can exhale because Dean Street is reopening on Thursday. The road was closed for a little over two months for construction on the Dean Street Bridge. The work was planned to take 12 weeks but ended a week early and under budget, according to Norwood Town Manager Tony Mazzucco. Dean Street reopens Thursday afternoon.
