This will be a two-part round table discussion focusing on local dispensary General Managers, Executives, and Directors. Part I will have highlight Managers and General Managers of all sectors of the Cannabis industry, sharing their wisdom on subjects such as; the experience of managing a Cannabis retail team, being a minority with authority, earning respect from peers and the Executive team. Part II will spotlight the Executive teams and what it's like being a minority in a Leadership role, the importance of diversity in the workplace , and the weight of being minority decision-maker in this industry.
