Aloha Big Island, Arcademy is hiring for a part-time educator position for our Eco Science Explorers summer education program. The summer program is being held in Hawaiian Beaches from June 6th to the end of July. There will be six weeks of 5 day sessions with an estimated 25 hours of work per week at $20/hr. The theme of the camp is Agriculture and Scientific Exploration. The students will learn the scientific method, how to accomplish an experiment, and how to communicate about observations they’ve made. Ideally, I am looking for someone who shares my goals of social emotional learning and holistic methods of education and communication.
