Clip my toenails in June or early July

I hate paying $25 for a pedicure, when all I need is my toenails clipped every couple months as I am 73 and it is hard for me to reach my toes. Since doing that is not related to any medical problem my insurance won't pay for it. Any volunteers for June or maybe early July? I just got a pedicure.
