EPIC FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST The Epic Fulfillment Specialist will manage daily operations of order fulfillment. You will actively pick, pack, prep and ship molds to our customers. You will manage inventory of shipping supplies such as bags, boxes, and other shipping materials. You will develop standard operating procedures for logistics management and order fulfillment to meet our operational goals of getting Epic molds in the hands of our customers as quickly as possible. You will implement and manage quality control measures for all fulfillment processes and actively seek opportunities to improve performance, customer experience, cost and sustainability. The role is based at our Epic Bait Molds headquarters in West Melbourne, Florida. This is a FULL TIME position with the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Pay starts at $15-18 per hr depending on experience.
