We provide the tools, company vehicle and resources and you provide the positive attitude and teamwork. In this position, you follow the tiling installation process from start to finish. This means you remove the old flooring or backsplash, cut the new tiles, mix the mortar, and fit the new tiles onto the floor, backsplash or shower inlay. Our ideal candidate has experience with flooring, backsplash and shower installations and concrete work, carpentry experience is also useful. Tile Installation Expert Duties and Responsibilities: - Basic plumbing and reconnect knowledge - Experience setting LVP flooring, tile flooring and installation of shower mortar bases - Ability to read a tape measure and basic construction/renovation knowledge - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work as part of a team - Service oriented and ability to communicate effectively with customers - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks at any given time - Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, depending on the renovation job - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, physical work environment This is a full-time position, we also provide strong incentives such as paid time off, vision, dental, holiday pay and a full medical plan.
