We are a national sales and management company in the building maintenance industry. We are seeking to contract with Handyman companies to provide these services to our portfolio of commercial clients. We handle the marketing, collections, and customer relationships, but need to be able to call on your expertise to handle the odd jobs. We also guarantee you payment on a regular basis whether the client has paid or not. You must carry liability and Workers' Comp Insurance. You need to have solid experience with jobs such as painting, drywall repair, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and other general repair work. Ideal candidate attributes: - experience in commercial building maintenance, such as handyman, building super, or part of a facility management team - must carry insurance - must be fluent in English - Detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments - Positive and outgoing personality
