Job Description Candidate will assist with regularly scheduled mowing and maintaining of residential properties. Able to perform duties independently after training period. Time management and attention to detail are key. Must have experience using large commercial mowers. Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have valid ID, Social Security number and understand English. Driver’s license a plus. Must arrive on time and be prepared to work. Must maintain professionalism and courtesy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Mowing and edging of lawns. Operation of powered equipment such as large X-Mark mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.
