The busy season is approaching quickly and we are looking for qualified and experienced movers with at least (2) years of moving experience. Hiring for all positions----> Driver / Foreman / Helper Requirements and Responsibilities >Driver must have a valid driver's license (Non-CDL is also acceptable) >Non-drivers must have a form of Identification >All movers must be physically fit to do the job (lift 50+ lbs, no issues with bending, carrying, or stairs) >Must be reliable and have a good work ethic as well as be a team player >Must be punctual and come ready to work >Should have prior residential or corporate moving experience >Foreman must have knowledge of basic math skills, experience in closing jobs by Cubic ft, and experience with Household Good Contracts/documents (B/L, O/S, and take a detailed inventory) ALL EMPLOYEES MUST KNOW HOW TO: >Wrap the Furniture with moving pads and stretch wrap >Pack Fragile, breakables, electronics, dishes and etc... >Handle (stacking/ loading and unloading) the furniture without damage to belongings or property >Use hand trucks, dollies and the ability to disassemble and reassemble furniture Our office is based in Brooklyn (walking distance from the L, A, C, J, and #3 train) We service all NY Boroughs, PA, MA, CT, NJ, VA, MD and etc...
