This class is ideal for those who resonate with a smaller, intimate Reiki I attunement and training experience. REIKI I ATTUNEMENT & TRAINING During the teaching portion of this class, you’ll learn about Reiki, the Reiki principles, the history of Reiki and the hands-on method of healing. Each attendee will receive a Reiki manual. The Reiki Level 1 attunement phase is an initiation where the Reiki master teacher uses a combination of symbols and mantras to connect and attune you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others. The practice portion after the attunement is a relaxed, experiential way for you to feel Reiki energy for the first time. After the class/attunement you will be able to: Apply self-healing & healing treatment for others (animals included). Cleanse/balance the energy of your living environment. How to prepare: It’s best to avoid alcohol, caffeine, processed sugar and high fat foods prior to the attunement and immediately after. Being well hydrated is highly recommended. Plan to take it easy after the attunement- spending quiet time at home or in nature so you can nurture yourself while integrating your experience. Post-attunement, a 21-day physical/mental/emotional/spiritual cleanse takes place which is a healing time and opportunity for adjusting to the Reiki energy and connecting with a higher state of awareness and consciousness.
