WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in her home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 22, Kathleen Paris, of Wallingford, purchased a $100,000 Cashword 10 from Salas in Wallingford and won $10,000.
