Based on the principles of the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, Nature Therapy Walks nurture connections and wellbeing by immersing participants in intentional, guided experiences within the natural world. Come see and experience trees, nature, and yourself in a new light.
Limited to 15 participants. Adults only, please.
Led by Up With Trees, and certified guide and Citizen Forester, Pamela Rogers.
Bring water, sun/rain protection, a light backpack, a journal with writing utensil (optional), and closed-toed, outdoor walking shoes.
Participant agreement and release form to be signed upon arrival. Meet at the Park Shelter/Restrooms.
