Got room in my rehearsal studio. It's 9’x12’ - small but cozy. Good PA scenario. Unfortunately we can't fit any more drum sets. Would prefer a solo/duo artist or group. Basically anything with a somewhat small footprint who doesn’t require a drum set. The room is in Bushwick near the Montrose L. It is always tidy and besides the PA, not really into gear sharing. Decent space on shelves to store your gear. Looking for roughly $125/month, depending on how much space and time you need. So say you wanted to be there like once a week, definitely not charging $125/month. Just clarifying I'm open to a variety of scenarios. Ideally hoping to get someone in by May 1.
