We are seeking skilled, well rounded, career-minded landscapers to join our team including lawn crew workers, foremans/ drivers, landscape installation techs, tree trimmers/ climbers & groundsman. Part time and full time positions available for IMMEDIATE HIRE. Long term commitment is preferable. Our office is located in Pompano Beach. Prefer applicant to live locally. We Offer: Pay based on experience/performance. Paid Holidays after 90 days Paid Vacation after 1 year Paid Overtime Direct Deposit (with 401K for long term employees) Continuing Education/ Certification Opportunities after 90 days Looking for career minded permanent employees with minimum 3+ years' experience in landscape installation, tree trimming and/ or maintenance. Commercial and residential experience preferred. o Candidate should be energetic, independent with a high degree of integrity. Must take pride in your work and have high quality standards. Must be a team player, self-motivated be able to work closely with others. o Physically fit to perform the demanding work of the outdoor landscaping trade. Ablility to lift 50lbs. Ability and experience to perform basic landscape tasks including removal & installations of a various types and sizes of landscape plants and trees, sod removal and installation, mulch/ rock removal and installation, etc. o Lawn techs must know how to properly operate lawn equipment, specifically mowers, hedge trimmers, edgers, weed eater and blower. Must be detail oriented, fast and efficient. o Arborists, tree trimmers & climbers needed - experience trimming and removal of palms and hardwoods. Part time and full time available. o Driver/ foreman will be responsible for overseeing a commercial / residential lawn route and/ or assorted landscaping and tree projects. Crew leader positions to have ability to lead a 3 to 5 man crew and manage them efficiently and effectively. Must have a valid and clean driver's license and experience driving a truck and trailer. Must exhibit superior written and verbal skills with employees, clients and management. Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management. Maintain excellent customer service. Basic knowledge of South Florida plants and trees. General working knowledge of basic irrigation repairs and system functionality. Experience in trimming palms and light tree work.
