Flaggers Class Available Wednesday April 27, 2022 at 4PM Must bring two forms of ID We now offers a three-hour certification course for anyone who need FDOT Flagger certifications, to work with PPS only. The course consists of a PowerPoint practical application and a certification test. We have a full time Safety and Risk Manager on staff. To find out more please visit us at 124 SE 1st Road #B Homestead, FL 33033 Open from 4:30 am - 6pm ___________________________________________________________________________ Flagger Position Available in Homestead and Key West, FL Applicants must have good communication skills, be able to stand for long periods of time and be willing to work in all weather conditions. ~Must wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) in accordance with state standards. Set up and maintain Traffic Control Work Zones to meet customer and DOT needs. Work as a team to ensure proper work zone coverage and safety awareness. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety. Physical ability to move traffic control equipment, stand and walk in outdoor temperatures for long periods of time. Must maintain a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the public. Requirements: **MUST HAVE TWO FORMS OF ID TO APPLY** Able to work flexible hours with a normal shift of 8 to 12 hours. Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds. Able to be flexible with last-minute schedule changes. Overtime work available and required. Night work may be available and required.
