Looking for a Motivated individual to be hands on at our Properties - The job would include - Light maintenance (changing locks, touch up painting), Cleaning the properties of Debris & Trash, Posting notices on doors, and Light landscaping. Must have a Truck for transportation and hauling some materials. Must be responsible, honest and willing to drive to our various properties in Miami.
