Ideal candidate: • Will have their transportation. • Will have basic general knowledge of plumbing and electrical. • Will be able to install drywall and framing, including the compound. • Painting and finishing • Carpentry (Doors and baseboard installation) • Demolition • Will be able to lift 75+ Lbs. • Will be able to perform essential property inspections following the guidelines provided.
