Full service sign company seeking lead installers and helpers from Miami up to Palm Beach Lead Installers $25/hr and up based on experience Health Insurance 401K Must have at least 3 years experience installing electrical and non-electrical signage Must be able to oversee footer digs and concrete pours Must be comfortable operating a bucket truck and crane CDL preferred but not required Welding experience preferred must be willing to work overtime Monday-Friday Very little travel outside of South Florida Helpers $18/hr and up based on experience Health Insurance 401K Must be handy with tools Not afraid of heights Willingness to learn must be willing to work overtime Monday-Friday Welding experience preferred, but not required Sign experience preferred, but not required Shop & Field Coordinator assist the shop foreman of a busy sign company. Duties include the following: - Coordinate and oversee receiving of crates and Materials - Maintain a storage log - Prepare the following days installation packages and stage signage for installation teams - Supply runs when needed - Help out on Install Sites when required - Be on Site for Digs and Concrete Pours when required to oversee subs - Occasional Permit Inspections - Shop Work during down time - Overtime available Valid Driver's License is required Must be available starting at 630AM Monday-Friday $16-$18 per hour depending on experience 50% Health Insurance covered after 3 months 401K eligibility after 60 days Paid Sick Days and Vacation Days after Eligibility Period
