We currently have an opening for employment as an operations manager. We are known for our focus on quality and have a standard that we operate at, as a team. This job consists of meticulously detailing high-end cars in nice neighborhoods, most of the time. You will need to be able to reproduce the Hyend procedure consistently, which will be taught in the introduction course. Experience is preferred but not required, we will train all you need to know. Candidates must be well put together and reliable. To qualify for this position the candidate must -Have a valid driver’s license and capacity to operate a work truck -Be clean cut with a professional demeanor -Be well spoken with good communication skills for higher-end clientele -Geared towards entrepreneurship -Have the capacity to handle physical labor in the Florida heat -Have a natural attention to detail -Have a solid understanding of customer service -Have the capacity to critique and manage job quality of subcontractors The duties and responsibilities of the operations manager are -Detailing vehicles to Hyend standards -Assist general manager with miscellaneous tasks -Upkeep of equipment and facility -Market and represent the Hyend brand -Quality control of subcontractors’ performance -Manage of supplies and inventory This job comes with 3 forms of compensation -Weekly salary -Generous tips based on performance -Commission based marketing bonus
