Proper movement, footwork, and all punch combinations. We will do offensive and defensive drills and work with round timers to maximize cardio development. Drills for speed, strength, counter punching using pads and floor cones for footwork. We will utilize pads, body protector, punch shields and sticks to develop your counter punching, power, reflexes and head movement. Your training style progresses as you develop your skills.
Light contact touch sparring for defensive drills are also applied to sessions.
Beginners welcome, male or female, no previous boxing experience required. Contact me for rates & availability.
