Join us for the 2022 City Nature Challenge as we conduct a nature walk through Kentucky State University's campus! The 2022 City Nature Challenge is here! From April 29th – May 2nd, nature enthusiasts of all ages come together to document plants and wildlife in their cities. This year, the Environmental Education and Research Center staff will lead a nature walk through Kentucky State University’s campus as we look at the biodiversity of urban habitats, document our findings through iNaturalist, and discover what could be living in our own backyards. No experience is required, so come take a stroll through campus and find out what plants and animals may be living there! Registration is limited to 20 attendees. There is no registration fee. Reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities will be provided free of charge upon request.
