We're excited for Demian & Christina Lovell with Impower Real Estate to host this event. They will discuss and answer questions regarding the Real Estate Purchase contract (REPC), and Brady Beyer with Intercap Lending will present the Closing Disclosure (CD), both part of your state exams. In addition, Heather Swanger, Director of Utah Real Estate School, TSG, will present questions from the 120-hour course to prepare you for the state exams. A light breakfast & lunch will be served & are graciously provided by our hosting brokerage & lender. We will have a test preparation book available for purchase.
