NORWOOD, MA — Norwood's Assistant General Manager Bernard Cooper was recently honored for his decades of service to the town. Cooper was recognized by the International City/County Management Association and received this year's 45-year award. Cooper has been with the town for nearly 50 years. ICMA Service Awards was held at this year's Annual Conference, which was held remotely from Sept. 23 through 26. Cooper is one of 25 ICMA members who were honored this year.
