Join the annual Kids Fun Run at the Marin County Fair! This FREE 1K race will be held on Thursday June 30 —Children’s Day! Join the Marin YMCA and the Marin County Fair /Health Fair Healthy Marin Annual Kids Fun Run! This FREE 1K race will be held on Thursday June 30—Children’s Day at the Fair—and features a run/walk around the lagoon. The 1K Fun Run is designed for children 12 & under (parents are welcome to run with young children). Check-in for the race at 11:15 am. While this race is FREE, it does require lots of energy! All racers will receive a race medallion, along with other prizes. Note 5 and under group will have a shorter course. Race Day Schedule: 11:00 am -  Fair Opens 11:15 am -  Check in to the left of the Fair main entry gate and pick up your race bib 11:45 am - warm up fun **  5 Years and under run 12:00 pm ** 6-8 Year old's run 12:15 pm ** 9-12 Year old's run 12:30 EVERYONE IS A WINNER! Help cheer on runners at the start, around the midway, along the lagoon and across the finish line. The Healthy Fair Healthy Marin Fun Run is sponsored by the Marin YMCA.
