We are a drug-free workplace seeking a reliable, technical, hard-working, conscientious, good listener, and intuitive-thinking team member. This position involves the following responsibilities: • Organize tools and equipment in company vehicles. • Drive company vehicles to various job sites and perform demolition of old flooring. • Assist with installs by cutting and trimming boards, when necessary. • Deliver wood bundles to a job site, rack out, and nail up the flooring. • Assist with sanding a project by troweling the floor with filler and buffing. • Hand sand edges and clean with a backpack vacuum. • Wipe floors with cleaner and coat floor with finish. • Maintain a clean and organized job site. • Comply with safety requirements.
