Looking to rehome my Goffins Cockatoo. He is approx 7 years old is tame but particular. He is fully flighted and enjoys flying around the house. He is trained not to poop on people. He likes to be out of his cage as much as possible and will let himself out if he gets tired of being caged too long. He likes to roam on the floor too and chase dogs or cats. He talks, waves hello, high fives, loves to dance, will jump on command. He eats most fruits and veggies, rice, pasta, and loves strawberry ice cream! Likes most nuts but favors pine nuts most. Small bits of cheese as treats. He is overly confident and does like to intimidate some people he thinks are scared of him. Never plucks and needs regular weekly showers which he hates unless he takes them in his bowl which isnt adequet so i perch him in shower. He loves music and dancing with you. He watches batman, jeanie, and various shows. His fav movie is shrek. He doesnt like smaller birds and will threaten them. He is very artogant and confident and if you arent experienced he will intimidate you. If he doesnt like you he sometimes bites via fly by. He is demanding and if he isnt getting attention he wants he will let you know by escaping and then opening the door to dump his seeds. Def unique and one of a kind. He has x large cage and likes lots of toys to chew or will chew your furniture if gets bored and is out. He is a goof ball and likes to entertain. He goes to bed at same time most n ights 730pm. While listening to his sound machine rainforest birds. Very smart...one of the most intelligent species. Requires experienced owner that knows how to balance attention and personal time properly if he gets too much attention and it stops he can be loud and destructive. He can get very loud when excited or upset so no apartments. His cage is 6' by 4' by 2'. He is beautiful, healthy, and can be very fun and silly.
