Join us as we enjoy a fun flow curated specially for mommies and their kids to have a creative experience together for Mother's Day Weekend! This class will feature Houston Yoga Instructor @Planetdari who will be hosting a vinyasa style beginner flow that adults and children can participate in. All Things Teaching (@Allthingsteaching)is a Houston based creative resource that offers personalized items/tools such as mugs and t-shirts in addition to hosting events for parents and kids. They will be offering a craft for families to enjoy together as well as providing light snacks, mocktails and more! The event is age and gender friendly, Dad's are welcome too! Parking and arrival instructions. The parking lot is on the right side of the building. You can park for free in the lot near the park. There will be a sign directing you to the ramp of the entrance to the event. Friendly reminder there will be yoga mats for use on a first come first served basis.
