Bellingham based maintenance company seeks to add part time janitorial/cleaning personnel to our team. Experience in janitorial or cleaning services is necessary for this position. The job is for after business hours in the evening or early morning. Responsibilities are as follows: • Willing to work as essential personnel under COVID-19 guidelines. • Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks typical of janitorial work. • Comfortable in using a step ladder to perform certain tasks on occasion. • Work independently or as part of a team. • Complete all jobs timely and professionally. • Have a functioning Smart Phone and be able to get online to receive work related emails & texts. • Must have valid driver license and reliable source of transportation. • Be at least 18 years of age. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES a clean criminal background check and good driving record. • EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES being punctual, reliable, polite, and have a positive work attitude at all times.
